The percentage of users and families who evaluate the quality of care services provided by foreign care workers as "satisfactory" is 65.1%, indicating that many users and families hold a high opinion of the services. Additionally, among the positive feedback regarding the services provided so far, opinions highlighting polite communication and responsiveness have been noted. (Survey as of October 1, 2018)
